The Arab Foundation for Freedoms & Equality (AFE) has announced a call for applications for COVID-19 relief for the LGBTI community in the MENA region.
The Arab Foundation for Freedoms and Equality and M-Coalition express their solidarity with their networks and partners across the Middle East and North African Region & internationally; this COVID-19 pandemic is unprecedented and has forced civil society to close their support centres, and halt the services they provide in support to their communities.
They stand in solidarity with the population most affected by this situation and urge governments in the region to adopt a human rights-based approach in their response.
