The Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic as the SK-Climate Programme Operator launched
the Open Call for Proposal No. 3 (code ACC05) "Awareness raising on climate
change adaptation and mitigation" (ClimaInfo) financed from the Norway
Grants and the State Budget of the Slovak Republic.
The objective of this open Call is to support systematic and
compact activities focused on increasing the awareness-raising on climate
change mitigation and adaptation, considering the principles of informal
learning and targeted at a wide range of target groups.
The main objective of the Call is to contribute
to increasing the climate literacy of the individual through a combination of
soft and hard measures by disseminating the latest scientific knowledge,
innovative approaches and best practices on climate change mitigation and
adaptation with regard to the practical use in everyday life.

- Maximum Grant to be applied
for: 500 000 EUR
- Minimum Grant to be applied
for: 200 000 EUR
- Total allocation: 876 838 EUR
Eligible Activities
A Project must include
the following mandatory activities:
- Carrying out awareness-raising
campaigns with factual focus on climate change mitigation;
- Carrying out awareness-raising
campaigns with factual focus on climate change adaptation;
- Carrying out information and
communication activities providing the mandatory publicity of the Project.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any entity, public or private,
commercial or non-commercial and nongovernmental organisations,
established as a legal person in the respective Beneficiary State.
- Eligible Partners: Any public or private entity, commercial or non-commercial, as well as non-governmental organisations established as a legal person either in Norway, Beneficiary States or a country outside the European Economic Area that has a common border with the respective Beneficiary State, or any international organisation or body or agency thereof, actively involved in, and effectively contributing to, the implementation of a project.
