The Northern Territory Government, the the Department of Territory Families, Housing and
Communities is inviting grant funding applications from suitabily qualified and
eligible organisations to deliver the East MacDonnell Homelands Housing
Upgrades program across Undoolya, Atnarpa and Williams Well within the Northern
Territory.
The successful service provider will have demonstrated expertise
in undertaking housing and infrastrucutre works in remote areas. They will be
responsible for managing and delivering works identified in conjunction with
the Department through a grant funding agreement.
Funding Information
$989,000 has been allocated for 2021/22.
What can be funded
- Homelands Housing and Ablution
blocks at Undoolya, Atnarpa and Williams Well.
What can't be funded
- Any works undertaken at the
request of community members but without prior approval by the Department
of Territory Families, Housing and Communities are considered out of
scope.
Eligibility Criteria
- Funding is available to
organisations only.
- To be eligible for funding an
organisation must:
- have completed all required
information in the application form and submitted required documentation
in support of your application
- have an Australian Business
Number (ABN)
- Types of organisations that are
eligible for funding include:
- Contractor Accreditation
Limited (CAL) accreditation is a requirement of this grant to equal value
or greater and applicants should submit this as part of the response
schedule.
Ineligible
Types of organisations that are not eligible for
funding include:
- Unincorporated Associations
- Overseas residents
- Individuals or businesses not
holding a current ABN
